We ship via Australia Post regular shipping, however if you would like to receive your package quicker, we are able to ship via express postage or via courier at an extra charge, just contact us and state your order number.

With our normal shipping option, you should receive your package within 2-4 business days in the Melbourne region and up to 10 days elsewhere in Australia.

No, you do not have to have an account to purchase from us, however for ease of use, we recommend signing up for an account so you can manage and track all on going orders from your private account section.

How Can I Return a Product?
Products can be returned within a period of 14 days. In the case that a product is faulty, a full refund will be issued (shipping is non-refundable).
